There are also deployment models that define how cloud services are used:

  • Public Cloud: Resources are owned and managed by a third-party provider and shared among multiple users.

  • Private Cloud: Dedicated infrastructure used by a single organization for greater control and security.

  • Hybrid Cloud: A combination of public and private clouds that allows data and applications to move between them for flexibility and optimization.

The benefits of cloud computing are numerous. It reduces costs by eliminating the need for expensive hardware purchases and maintenance. It is highly scalable, allowing businesses to increase or decrease resources based on demand. It also enhances collaboration by enabling access to data and applications from anywhere with an internet connection.
